Transportation

This institution provides a secure and safe transportation services at no profit no loss basis to 115 villages around Machhiwara.

RULES OF TRANSPORT ARE AS FOLLOWS

  1. The college has a proper arrangement of transport for the students for daily up and down.
  2. A new route can be started only when there are at least five students in a village.
  3. There will be only one stoppage for the strength of 15 students in a village. The college itself will determine the bus stoppage.
  4. No guardian will be allowed to interfere in the matter of college transport.
  5. The students, who once start taking the facility of college transport, will have to continue availing themselves of this facility.
  6. The student, who is availing herself of college transport, will not be allowed to travel by a private
    transport at her own. (Only in an emergency it can be done with the permission of the principal.)
  7. The students will sign the attendance register lying in the custody of the bus driver in order to assure their daily attendance of bus travel.

BUS CHARGES FOR THE SESSION 2008-09 WILL BE TAKEN AS UNDER
 First Stage           Rs. 3600/-
    Second Stage           Rs. 4200/-
 Third Stage           Rs. 4800/-
   Fourth Stage           Rs. 5400/-
Fifth Stage           Rs. 6000/-

College Fee/ Funds along with Bus Charges will be taken in Three Installments as per detail given blow:-
First Installment           At the time of Admission.
    Second Installment           Third week of September 2008.
Third Installment           First Week of Jan. 2008

Programme for fee/ Bus Charges collection will be displayed on the notice board and Fees/ Bus Charges will be taken according to Fees Schedule. A Late Fee fine at the rate of Rs. 5/- per day will be imposed on the students who fail to deposit their due in time. In case a student fails to pay her due for more than fifteen days, her name will be struck off and rolls and Rs. 110/- as Re-admission fee will be charged. In case the Punjab University Chandigarh/ College Governing Body/ Principal changes the fee structure, then the above fees will be changed.
